Jessica Alba is in talks to join Little Fockers, the third installment in the popular franchise that features Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro. The Hollywood Reporter announced that Alba would play the role of "an attractive pharmaceutical rep whose looks wreak havoc on male characters in the story." Production is set to begin within the next few months, with a projected release date in 2010.
Nicole Sullivan is Jenny Craig's latest spokesperson. People magazine reports that the actress has signed on with the weight-loss company to lose the 35 pounds she gained while pregnant. She explained that she needs the program because, "You spend a year of your life eating what you want and enjoying letting the baby have what it feels like having -- and I'[ve] lost track of what I'm supposed to be doing that's right."
There was a bomb scare Tuesday (September 29th) on the set of Seth Rogen's new film, The Green Hornet. TMZ.com reports that the crew called authorities after finding an unidentified metal object. The Los Angeles Police came and blew up the object -- but sources tell TMZ it was not a bomb.
Lauren Conrad's ex-boyfriend is in jail. RadarOnline.com reports that 22-year-old Jason Wahler, who previously appeared on Laguna Beach and The Hills, was put behind bars after being booked in Seattle last Friday (September 25th) on an assault and minor drinking charge. A source told the website, "He will serve 120 days in jail but could get out after 80 days for good behavior."
WILL FERRELL'S WIFE EXPECTING: Former SNL castmember Will Ferrell is goinf to be a father once again, People reports. The actor and his wife, auctioneer Viveca Paulin are expecting their third child -- a boy due in January. The couple have two sons -- Magnus, 5, and Mattias, 2.
