COLLEGE TELLS LETTERMAN TO STAY AWAY FROM THEIR INTERNS: Quinnipiac University will be keeping a closer eye on the interns that work for the Late Show with David Letterman, TMZ reports. "Due to recent circumstances we will have a discussion with those in charge of placing our interns at the David Letterman show in the future," a rep from Quinnipiac tells TMZ. "We will diligently oversee this internship program to ensure that our interns are out of harm's way."
TARA REID POSING FOR PLAYBOY? Tara Reid will reportedly appear naked in an upcoming issue of Playboy magazine. In Touch magazine reports that the 33-year-old, who underwent a botched liposuction procedure in 2004, recently posed for the magazine at a private residence in California. A source told the publication, "She was a bit insecure about her body when they first started. She looked great and finally got into the groove."
SHAUNA SAND SEEKS TO BLOCK SEX TAPE RELEASE: Lorenzo Lamas's ex-wife is considering taking legal action to block Vivid Entertainment from distributing a sex tape she made with her boyfriend. Shauna Sand told TMZ.com, "Yes I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year. In fact I've made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn't sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now." Vivid founder Steven Hirsch says it's legal for him to move forward with the tape because, "We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it ... We're comfortable with our legal position in releasing this footage."
