He was once mighty though short in stature. His name brought smiles and joy to children and soccer moms alike. Then........ He left. Many were sad. Soccer moms cried. AA battery sales shot through the roof. So today, 10-09-09, is a monumental day. For one very epic morning only....................Billy is back
