CHEATING GIRLFRIEND WEARS SIGN ASKING FOR SECOND CHANCE: An unfaithful woman in Ohio who cheated on her boyfriend stood in a supermarket parking lot wearing a sign that read "I cheated. Honk if you think I deserve a second chance." and on the back "I honestly love him." The response she got from passing drivers was mostly positive, and some even got out of their cars to hug her and wish her luck. No word on whether her boyfriend saw the stunt or will forgive her. ANGRY MAN ATTACKS ROOMMATES WITH SWORD: A Texas man who was apparently upset over finding a soda can in his bedroom and thinking someone entered without permission attacked his two roommates with a sword. Both roommates suffered non-life threatening cuts after the man cut through a door to a room they had fled into and attacked them. Police took the man into custody and have charged him with assault with a deadly weapon. (AP)
POLICE CHIEF IN MASK CAUSES SCHOOL LOCKDOWN: A police chief wearing a stocking mask was planning on surprising a science class at a high school in Michigan, but caused panic to break out at the school after he was spotted by a cafeteria worker. The chief and another officer were seen putting on the masks and were to conduct a mock robbery as part of the science teacher's lesson. The lesson called for the students to write descriptions of the suspects and conduct interviews. Although the mock robbery has been part of the class for the past 12 years, the alert caused about 180 students eating in the cafeteria to be evacuated into the gym for about 10 minutes.
