The Celebrity Rehab alum was taken into custody Saturday (September 26th) afternoon in California on suspicion of driving under the influence. According to the Associated Press, police say the 48-year-old former actress/reality star allegedly, "made contact with officers after operating a vehicle while under the influence."






The ratings for Jon & Kate Plus 8 are continuing to slide in the wake of the couple's divorce announcement. RadarOnline.com reports that last Monday's (September 21st) episode hit an all-time low, attracting just 1.714 million viewers. 10.6 people tuned in to watch the couple announce their split back in June and that number has consistently slid since as each parent films separately with their eight children.


Vincent D'Onofrio is reportedly close to leaving Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Sources close to the production told the Associated Press that the original cast member is poised to leave as a series regular early in the ninth season on USA Network next spring. The insiders also revealed that Jeff Goldblum, who joined the series last season, may remain as lead detective and could be joined by Saffron Burrows, replacing Julianne Nicholson. Deals with Goldblum and Burrows have yet to be signed.


Neve Campbell has signed on to reprise her role as Sidney Prescott in the upcoming Scream IV. RadarOnline.com reports that the fourth installment of the franchise is set to begin filming in spring of 2010 and will supposedly be the first in a new trilogy. David Arquette and wife Courteney Cox, who met on the original film, are also reported to have signed on.
