
BURGLAR ARRESTED AFTER LOGGING INTO FACEBOOK: A 19 year-old Pennsylvania man who broke into a house and stole two diamond rings was caught after he signed into his Facebook account. Police say the man forgot to sign out of his account and they were able to locate him. He remains in custody and could face up to a 10-year prison sentence.
PLASTIC FRAGMENT REMOVED FROM MAN'S LUNG: Doctors say they removed a small plastic fragment from a man's lung that been there for 2 years. The fragment, said to be a piece of a fast-food restaurant utensil, was said to be inhaled by the man while gulping a soft-drink. The fragment was discovered after the man saw a doctor after experiencing chronic coughing fits. (AP)
INJURED TURTLE GETS COASTERS FOR FEET: A turtle whose front feet were eaten by a raccoon was given new life after a fast-thinking veterinary surgeon came up with an unconventional solution. The doctor outfitted the turtle with plastic coasters, like those used under the legs of chairs and tables, and says the turtle can now walk fine. And by the way, the turtle's name is Lucky. (MSNBC)
