A man in Greenwich, Connecticut broke into his neighbor's home on Wednesday while the owner was away -- not to steal anything but to cut his pubic hair and leave the trimmings behind. Police say the man felt guilty about his actions and ended up telling the neighbor what he did. She later called the police on him. The man was charged with first degree burglary and was released on a $2000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court today (Friday, August 14th). (newstimes.com)
A 29-year-old man living with his mother in Japan got just a little upset when he found out she threw away his valuable Gundam plastic models. The man doused himself in kerosene and torched his house. Both mother and son made it out of the house with no injuries. (gizmodo.com)
A customer who purchased an arugula salad at German supermarket Plus was surprised to find a poisonous plant in the package as well. The customer discovered the package contained senecio which has leaves very similar to arugula. Luckily the customer was a plant expert, so she knew better than to eat it. (thelocal.de)
