The show is talking about Reality Shows. It all stems from "Jon and Kate Plus 8" and their ratings downfall. The guys all agree that reality shows are great when they're real and "Jon and Kate" just got too fake too quick. All the guys love the midget reality show "Little People Big World" because it's interesting to see how they live their lives. They also talked about how great the first couple seasons of the Real World was and now it blows!
