North Korea is willing to hold talks with Washington, Reuters reported a senior diplomat from the country as saying Friday.
Kim Yong-il, a vice minister in the North's Foreign Ministry, said in a rare comment to reporters "We always keep the door open to negotiations."

Crews were on the scene at an accident in North Wildwood Thursday tonight, where reportedly several pedestrians were struck.

A SUV hopped a curb, ran over a street sign and crashed into a tree. The driver had to be removed from that vehicle.

The pedestrians may have been on the curb where the SUV crashed, however officials have not confirmed that information.

At least four people were sent to the hospital, including three minors

A law student with a prosthetic arm who said she was removed from working with customers because of her handicap has won a legal victory in her case against clothing shop Abercrombie and Fitch.
The student was born with her left forearm missing and was initially allowed to wear a cardigan to work on the shop floor to cover up her fake arm.
The 22-year-old was then told she'd have to work in the back of the store away from customers because her cardigan went against Abercrombie & Fitch's dress code.

police report that 45-year-old Gregory S. Powell went to see Dr. Paul Arnold Wednesday morning, and Powell became upset about not receiving prescription medication.
